Northern Print Governance

Northern Print is a registered charity and is governed by a Board of Trustees.

The Trustees bring a wealth of experience and insight and are responsible for the sound governance of Northern Print and ensuring the organisation fulfils its charitable objectives.

Trustees are often elected at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) but can be appointed by the Board at any time.  The Board meet on a quarterly basis, including the AGM. The Trustees have specific areas of expertise they bring to the Board and are invited to participate in quarterly Sub Committees for Finance and General Purposes or Strategy and Development.
