Newcastle Central Station has rail links to and from all major UK cities. Northern Print is a 15 minute taxi ride from the station, there are also metro and bus links.

By Metro

The nearest Metro station to Northern Print is Manors. From there it is a 10 minute walk (0.4 miles) along New Bridge Street towards the Tanners Arms and then down Stepney Bank where you will see Northern Print (Open this walking route in Google Maps: https://bit.ly/3WW0HMN)

By Bus

There are several bus routes from the City Centre:

From Central Station (Clayton Street) Newcastle

Bus number 22, stop at the Tanner's Arms and walk down Stepney Bank where you will see Northern Print.

From Monument (Blackett Street) Newcastle

Bus numbers 39 and 40, 12, 62 and 63 onto New Bridge Street. Stop opposite St Dominic's Church, head towards the Tanners Arms and then down Stepney Bank where you will see Northern Print. 

QuayCity Q3

The QuayCity Q3 service also runs between the City Centre and the Ouseburn Valley. The service is operated by Go North East.

By Sightseeing Bus

From late May through to early September you can join the Toon Tour bus from Central Station and the City Centre through to the heart of Ouseburn. It runs every half hour between about 11am and about 4pm every day.

Parking

There are two parking spaces available at Northern Print for gallery customers with a maximum stay of 1 hour. 

There are several places to park in and around Ouseburn Valley:

On-street and arches parking

There is street parking on Lime Street and in the surrounding arches with a maximum stay of 4 hours.

McPhee’s Car Park (Ouseburn Central)

There is a 57 space carpark located on Foundry Lane (postcode NE6 1LH) with a maximum stay of 4 hours. Once parked, you walk over a footbridge towards the City Farm and then continue to walk up Stepney Bank until you reach Northern Print on your left hand side. 

Accessible parking

There are two accessible parking spaces for Blue Badge holders available at Northern Print and additional spaces on Lime Street, Foundry Lane and in the Arches Car Park.

Bicycle parking

There are bike racks located to the rear of Northern Print.
