Katrina Appleyard

Katrina specialises in integrating sustainability into business practices for social and environmental impact and builds this and financial resilience into organisational strategy for lasting impact. She acts as a speaker, facilitator, awards judge and innovation practitioner in this space.  Katrina has over 30 years working with businesses in Australia, Asia, Europe and the UK both in an advisory capacity and internally.  Katrina also supports senior management teams in leadership and governance development, board strategy facilitation as an executive coach and workshop facilitator.

Katrina has acted as Interim CEO for a North East Arts Charity, built five year business planning processes for numerous organisations and charities from start-ups to seven figure turnover organisations.  She also works with organisations and the third sector utilising the BCorp framework for those interested in understanding transparent and explicit social and environmental impact.
