Order Processing Time

As our part time team is currently taking it in turns to staff the building owing to the ongoing Covid-19 situation we aim to process your order within a few days of receiving it. If you require your item in a hurry then please let us know at enquiry@northernprint.org.uk and we'll try our best to help.

Click and Collect

We now offer a click and collect service so that collection may be arranged from our gallery at Stepney Bank, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE1 2NP. We have a small number of free parking places at the front of our building which you are welcome to use when you collect your item. If you select this option at checkout we will be in touch with you to arrange a collection time and date that is convenient.

Shipping Costs

Northern Print is a small organisation and a registered charity therefore our postage rates cannot compete with other large multinational companies but we have tried to find the best balance between value, delivery time and of course insurance for your item. We use the UK's Royal Mail for most parcels and Parcelforce for large items. If you would like to arrange courier collection you are welcome to do so, please contact us at enquiry@northernprint.org.uk to make arrangements.
