What you will learn

We will be using screenprinting and monoprinting techniques onto slabs of stoneware clay to form small pots or tiles.

Starting with a demo showing you the various techniques you can use to get pattern onto your slabs you’ll have time to experiment before forming small vessels/bud vases or catch trays with your printed clay. You can also leave the slabs as tiles to make into coasters if you wish.

We provide all materials and tools and the course is suitable for beginners as well as more experienced clay or print people.

Pots will be taken away to be fired and glazed and then brought back around 3-4 weeks later for pick up.

Marv and Diane have over 40 years experience between them of teaching ceramics so you're in safe, knowledgeable hands!

They are fun, relaxed and welcoming to all and have experience teaching all levels of ceramics from beginners to advanced.
