The Late Shows, an award-winning free after-hours culture crawl, returns on Friday 8 and Saturday 9 May 2026 across venues in Ouseburn Valley, Gateshead, and central Newcastle.

Join us on the Friday evening between 6pm & 10pm to celebrate an exhibition of new work by Japanese artist Fusako Yoshikawa and get into the groove with woodcut printing.

Come along, make a print, see the exhibition and watch the studio artists and printing presses in action. Donations for some activities as well as free activities, suitable for everyone.
