You can use this press for multiple techniques. 

Morning Session is 10am-1pm
Afternoon Session 2pm-5pm
Evening Session (Thurs) 5.45-8.45pm

Please note that at the present time the studio will be alternating open times for members so one week we'll be open Tues, Wed, Thurs 10am-5pm, then the following week it will be Thurs 10am-9pm, Fri and Sat 10am-5pm. We will update you if these times/days change. 

Please note: if you cancel your session with 48 hours notice or more you will receive a credit note for an alternative session. No credit will be given if notice is given less that 48 hours before your session begins.
