Glossary of Etching: Printmaking Demonstrations
Bronwen Sleigh and Eunice Routledge are two of the three artists who have been commissioned to produce new works for our Glossary of Etching exhibitions. We are pleased to say that both artists will be doing printing demonstrations during our Spring Open Studios event on 28 March at Northern Print.
Nick Loaring is the graphic designer and printmaker behind our wildly popular summer exhibition The Posters of Golden Cabinet. He established The Print Project, a studio in Shipley, West Yorkshire in 2010 using 500 year old printmaking technology to make punchy, crisp letterpress designs.

Taking inspiration from our current exhibition Extinction we will be making squelchy, squashy, squidgey prints with a Halloween theme!

Linocutting from 12pm onwards Print time TBC
All aboard for some highly unusual nautical fun! Northern Print will be working with a team of volunteers to print a giant linocut print with a real-life boat on Sunday 21 July as part of the Northern Festival of Illustration.
